The London Studios has made use of Cinegy remote editing software for the post-production of the fourth series of ITV1's Cops with Cameras which starts next week.

Cops with Cameras follows police forces from across the country, using hidden cameras built into uniforms to give a sense of what it's like to be on the beat during dangerous drug raids, dramatic car chases and handling covert operations.

The in-house produced show saw DV camera and ‘Body Cam' footage ingested from flash cards onto Cinegy at online resolution.

Edit Producers then viewed and cut stories at their desktops before media was transferred to Avid Media Composer for the fine cut and then Symphony Nitris for the grade.

Cops with Cameras airs on ITV1 from 12 May.
