Asset management systems supplier TMD has implemented a Mediaflex asset management system at BBC Studios and Post Production’s (BBC S&PP) Digital Media Services (DMS) facility in west London.

The system will be used by BBC S&PP DMS, as well as clients who need production asset management facilities.

BBC S&PP DMS lead technologist Kevin Shaw said: “Producers and content owners need a powerful asset management system to work efficiently, but it may not be practical or costeffective to acquire and set up their own technology.”
