Broadcast facility group TSI has launched a commercials arm in the hope of attracting clients from the 'secondary level' advertising market. The new division will be part of TSI Design and headed by Malcolm Dalton, who said that it's a natural extension for the company because "there's often a very fine line between designing a broadcast promo and producing a commercial". He aims to gain work by offering an in-house service for the whole production process, from consultancy to tape delivery.
