Animation house TV-Loonland has appointed Beth Parker as head of studio for its Telemagination studios. Parker, who joined the company as head of production in 2001, will be responsible for overseeing all TV-Loonland shows such as The Cramp Twins , Pongwiffy and Little Ghosts.
