Members of facilities trade body UK Screen Association have voted two new directors to its board.

WB De Lane Lea director of operations and business development Helen Alexander and Deluxe Media chief operating officer of Lesley Marr join re-elected directors Cinelabs International chief technology officer Adrian Bull, post production consultant Neil Hatton and Artem managing director Mike Kelt in the five contested board slots.

They join Panavision managing director Jeff Allen, ITV Studios managing director resources Paul Bennett, Pinewood chief executive Ivan Dunleavy, Double Negative managing director Alex Hope, Weinreich Company director Dennis Weinreich and chair Steve Norris.

Marr said she intends to work with UK Screen members to plug skills gaps in the industry. She said: “I want to encourage a collaborative approach to ensure we all benefit from the creation of a flexible, highly trained and motivated workforce.”

Alexander said: “I have a passion to showcase the talent that we have in the UK and to find ways of nurturing and improving skills in the industry.”

UK Screen chief executive Sarah Mackey added: “We had eight excellent candidates this year and I’m delighted with the strong team we’ve put together to represent the membership.”
