Metro Ecosse has created a virtual parliamentary newsroom for the Scottish Parliament, which moved to Aberdeen on Monday (27 May) for one week. The parliament has vacated its usual Edinburgh home to allow the Church of Scotland to return temporarily to The Mound for its general annual assembly. The parliament's permanent new home at Holyrood is due for completion in 2003. The virtual newsroom will be used to webcast interviews and features on the parliament website
