Studio AKA has created the channel idents for Nickelodeon UK's Nick Jr channel. The idents, directed by AKA's Mic Graves, depict a pop-up world featuring cut-out animals in festive mode. Ben Boquelet, Emilie Boyard, Boris Kossmehl, Rob Latimer and Fabienne Rivory animated in 3D using Softimage XSI. James Gaillard rendered the sequences on the same kit and After Effects. The background was originally a flat Photoshop illustration designed on Softimage XSI by Dermot Flynn. AKA's Sharon Titmarsh produced and Nic Gill edited the idents, which are currently showing on Nick Jr.
