Broadcast equipment rental company Alias Hire has promoted Mark Wilson to the role of hire manager.

Formerly hire supervisor, Wilson will lead the team at Alias as well as liaise with the company’s production company and broadcast clients.

Managing director Danny Dawson said: “Mark has an excellent in-depth knowledge of the kit we offer, a real thirst for new technology and is an excellent manager of people.

“He is ideally placed to help drive the company forward in what is an exciting time for Alias Hire.”

Wilson starts his new job with immediate effect.
