Oxford-based display manufacturer BenQ has launched its first monitors designed specifi cally for editors, colourists and post-production engineers.

The PV3200PT (above) is a 32-inch wide-angle IPS 3840 x 2160 pixel monitor that has 100% colour gamut coverage of Rec.709 and sRGB. It comes with Palette Master Element calibration software, allowing adjustments to be made to the monitor’s colour gamut, white point, colour temperature and luminance. The PV270 is a Technicolor Colour-certifi ed 27-inch IPS monitor with QHD (2560 x 1440 pixel) resolution.
