Sky Sports and the US Golf Association have renewed their partnership until 2030.

This will see the broadcaster and its Now streaming service, in the UK and Ireland, air the men’s and women’s US Opens, as well as US Amateur Championship and US Women’s Amateur Championship, the U.S Senior Open, and the Curtis Cup match between the United States and Great Britain and Ireland. These competitions join the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, LPGA Tour, and Ladies European Tour, Solheim Cup and Ryder Cup on Sky Sports.

This builds on a three-year deal previously agreed between the pair in 2023

Sky Sports’ recent coverage of The Open was its most watched ever, with 21.2 million viewer hours over the four days of the competition. It also brought a number of innovations in for the UK major, including using a Spidercam for the first time.

Earlier this year, the final day of the Masters was part of Sky Sports’ most watched day ever, combining with the Premier League’s Liverpool v West Ham and Newcastle United v Manchester United, Peterbrough’s EFL Trophy final win against Birmingham City, Aberdeen v Rangers in the SPFL, F1’s Bahrain Grand Prix, and more to draw 7.5 million to its linear channels.
