Emmanuel Petit, David Moyes, and AJ Tracey among additions to on-screen lineup

Talksport 2026 World Cup

Talksport has revealed its onscreen lineup for this summer’s World Cup.

The group will feature across its content on YouTube and TikTok, as well as its FAST channel, as well as on its radio channels. In addition, for the first four weeks of the competition, Jim White and Simon Jordan will broadcast White & Jordan live from 1 - 4pm from the 50th Floor of the World Trade Center New York, with Andy Goldstein, Darren Bent and the Talksport Drive team taking over after that. 

In addition, all of Talksport’s live commentaries will be available on its YouTube and TikTok channels. 

Talksport also has a several special podcasts scheduled to release, including World Cup Daily, where the commentators take listeners behind the scenes across the US. How To Win The World Cup goes twice a week with Matt Forde, Alex Brooker, Emmanuel Petit and Brad Friedel will release twice a week, and Talksport Hit will give daily 15-minute round ups of the action. 

The lineup includes two current Premier League managers, Everton’s David Moyes and Brighton boss, Fabian Hürzeler, as well as recently retired England defender Kyle Walker, World Cup winner Emmanuel Petit, former Netherlands striker and Gareth Southgate’s assistant coach with England Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, US goalkeeping legend Brad Friedel, world-renowned officiating expert Christina Unkel and award-winning rapper & huge football fan AJ Tracey. 

For commentary, England games will have Adrian Durham, England legend Stuart Pearce, and lead commentator Jim Proudfoot, with Faye Carruthers embedded in the camp as England correspondent. Scotland’s journey will be fully chronicled by Natalie Sawyer, former Scotland assistant manager Mark McGhee, and Joe Shennan, supported by Scotland correspondent Shebahn Aherne. There will be punditry from Martin Keown, Tony Cascarino and Tash Dowie. 

There will also be a number of reporters across the US, Mexico and Canada, with Alex Crook in Dallas before heading to New York, Ben Jacobs embedded with the US team, and Andy Brassell following the final World Cup chapters of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Fan reporters Angelina Kelly and Harry Durham will be stationed in fan zones to capture the raw emotion and atmosphere of the tournament.
