The Farm has completed audio post work on Dunkirk , a three-part BBC drama documentary. The series recreates events in June 1940 and the race against time to save Allied soldiers trapped in France. Sound effects were tracked down via specialist archives in order to source authentic recordings. The work was a challenge thanks to the 64 different soundtracks in the finished version. A combination of Pro Tools and Lord of the Rings software was used. Audio dubbing was done by Bob Jackson, track laying by Tom O'Pray, editing by Andy Mitchell and grading by Colin Peters. Dunkirk, produced by Rob Warr and directed by Alex Holmes, begins on 18 February on BBC2.
