Burrell Durrant Hifle (BDH) has designed titles and graphics for Granada Television series Monarchy. The series examines the relationship between the monarchy, its people and the forging of the British nation. The David Starkey-fronted programme kicks off with a sequence using bold colour and typography with specially shot footage used to create abstract imagery. BDH's John Durrant and Natalie Kholbecker provided direction and design. Monarchy begins on Channel 4 on Monday (18 October) at 9pm .
