Newcastle-based post-production facilities Transmission and Imagine have joined forces to create Imagine TX.
Transmission was originally an arm of production company Dene Films, but, following the merger, Imagine TX will be an independent facility.
The company’s seven staff have worked on shows such as Wire in the Blood and the Grumpy Old - series.
