No Taste Like Home presenter Antoni Porowski to front lifestyle series set in four major cities

Twofour is to produce a lifestyle travelogue for Nat Geo and sibling streamers Disney+ and Hulu.
Four-part Best of the World with Antoni Porowski will follow the Queer Eye food and wine expert across four major cities and takes its name from Nat Geo’s annual list of travel recommendations and centred around food, hospitality, and wellness.
Episodes will be set in Paris, Mexico City, London, and New York City, with the series aiming to celebrate the unique people and places that characterise each location.
This will be Porowski’s second time working with Nat Geo, following the release of No Taste Like Home in February. He said working with the company again was an “unforgettable experience”.

As well as presenting, Porowski will exec produce alongside Twofour’s Nic Patten and Tom Currie. Betsy Forhan and Yari Lorenzo are exec producers for National Geographic. Nat Geo’s Charlie Parsons is senior vice-president of development and Bengt Anderson is senior vice-president of unscripted production.
“Travel has always been how I connect more deeply with people, culture and myself,” Porowski said. “I’m so proud to be part of a series that celebrates not just where to go, but why it matters.”
Tom McDonald, executive vice-president of content at Nat Geo, said: “Antoni is the perfect travel companion: curious, grounded, joyful and deeply tuned in to the culture around him.”
The series is set to air next year.
