Consultancy firm Marquis Media Partners’ survey of 100 senior broadcast industry executives has revealed one of the key challenges facing the industry is the pace of change, with 53% of respondents stating they found it difficult to keep up with the “next big thing” in viewing habits.

Partner Andrew Ioannou said 40% were unsure about which technology to invest in. “Although 55% see changes in viewing habits as an opportunity, 37% said they were unsure how to drive their technology strategy to remain flexible for whatever emerges,” it said.
