Outpost Digital has appointed Jonathan Davies as director of production at its newly launched Noho facility. Davies joins the company following four years at Rushes, where he set up their music video department, Adrenalin. Davies will set up Outpost's visual effects division and will be responsible for long-form work, commercials and music promos. Ascent Media-owned Rushes has subsequently taken on Danny Jones as a senior producer. Jones has been brought in as a result of Davies' departure. He has six years of experience in New York.
