RR Media Europe has increased its London quality control capacity with the addition of four QC rooms and four run-time booths.

The QC rooms are 5.1 compatible, with remote playback facilities available for both file and tape, and include Sony Trimaster EL monitors, Tektronix WFM7120 waveform monitors and R128 loudness testing and correction kit. One of the suites will be upgraded for Ultra High Defi nition work. RR Media commercial director Matt Bowman said: “As the industry moves further towards automation, master fi le integrity at source is essential to avoid rejections downstream.”
