Animation studio Sherbet has completed the title sequence for Love Productions' new BBC3 series, The Baby Borrowers.

The experimental programme follows a group of couples aged 16 to 19 as they juggle relationships, work, household budgets and parenthood while living in a specially created 'teen town'. The titles were designed and directed by Sherbet's Peter Richardson, who used After FX to combine live-action footage and photomontage showing the teen-agers against a suburban backdrop. The 8 x 60-minute series starts on BBC3 on Monday 8 January at 10.30pm.
