Sony has released the A7R II (pictured), a full-frame mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses that shoots 4K footage.

Sony said the camera has the world’s first back-illuminated full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor for a resolution of 42.4 megapixels and sensitivity of up to ISO 102400. The camera also includes the five-axis image stabilisation system used in the A7 II model.
