Twickenham Film Studios is up for sale again after a mystery bidder pulled out of negotiations to buy the facility.

The unnamed individual had paid a £100,000 non-refundable deposit for a four-week exclusivity period to acquire the studios.

Twickenham Film Studios said the person pulled out of the deal due to “personal reasons”.

The facility went into administration in February.

The administrators said that more than 30 parties had expressed an interest in the studios, which will now be put back on the market.
