Video Europe is setting up another branch in Battersea, south London, to offer camera hire, crewing and OB facilities.

The premises, which open in July, will have 2,000 sq ft of internal space and 3,000 sq ft of external space for OB trucks.

The firm will retain its branches in Soho and Cardiff.

Video Europe has invested £1m this year on kit including six Arri Alexas and four Sony SRW-5800 HDCam SR VTRs.

Financial director Matt Marner says about £2.5m will be spent on kit before the end of the year.
