How it was done With so many contributors on screen at once and up to 16 mics of varying quality used at any one time, dubbing mixer Greg Gettens kept on top of a challenging dialogue edit and pre-dub. Noise reduction, equalisation, filtering and selective mic overdubbing was all required. To complement this, a rich and varied tracklay and sound design was needed. The grade was completed by colourist Graeme Hayes on Nucoda, with time spent balancing the various scenes and giving the image a strong, dirty and gritty look. Online editor Gemma Comber used Avid Symphony to complement the grade.
