Brief Complete full post-production on the seventh series, overseeing a transition to HD, integrating the new camera formats XD Cam and P2 cards.

How it was done The second camera used in the backroom was a P2, which had to be colour-matched with the main cameras. On location, the kitchens varied in the white balance, and it was Graham Holtom, Molinare’s colourist, who looked after the colour correct.
