Digital distribution company to manage and optimise super-indie’s output on platforms like YouTube

All3Media has partnered with video monetisation company Merzigo to optimise the super indie’s digital output on YouTube and Facebook.
The multi-year partnership will see All3Media International brands including FAST channels Demand Drama, So Real and Inside Outside and 10 Years Younger managed by digital distribution specialist Merzigo to maximise reach and engagement and identify other revenue opportunities.
The partnership comes following Turkey, London and LA-based Merzigo’s unveiling of a £113m investment programme to support studios, broadcasters and independent producers expand their content libraries and new titles across the digital platforms.
All3MI’s deal will tap into Merzigo global digital distribution expertise, which currently spans over 5,000 channels in more than 30 languages on platforms. The aim is to broaden the Midsomer Murder outfit’s existing audiences.
It was negotiated on behalf of All3MI by chief exec Louise Pedersen and chief operating officer and chief financial officer John Wagener, and for Merzigo Global by chair and chief exec Yiğit Doğan Çelik, COO Ceyda Sıla Çetinkaya and managing director for EMEA Valerio Motti.
“As a distributor with a significant library we want to ensure that our content is as widely monetised on YouTube and Facebook as possible, and we are excited to be working with Merzigo on some of our catalogue titles” said Pedersen.
Yiğit Doğan Çelik added: “This agreement marks a major milestone in our expansion within the UK market. Being entrusted with the management of some of the most iconic British IP underscores Merzigo’s leadership in content monetisation and optimisation across YouTube and Facebook.”
