Arqiva has appointed Wendy McMillan as group strategy and business development director.

The founder of the professional services website Whotoask.com was until 2010 director of strategy and business development in BT’s retail division.

Arqiva chief executive John Cresswell said: “Wendy’s in-depth corporate experience combined with an entrepreneurial spirit is just what we need in this new post to take forward our group strategy and business development.”
