Arqiva has secured a £1m contract to design and build a digital broadcast network in Gibraltar.
The network will allow for the multiplexing and transmission of digital TV and DAB digital radio.
On each of the two television multiplexes Gibraltar will be able to transmit up to six programme services while the two radio multiplexes will each allow for four separate services.
The network will be operational by the end of the year.
Arqiva has nearly completed the five-year, £630m digital TV switchover in the UK.
