Manchester City has launched its own OTT platform – Man City for TV – kicking off with a specially commissioned doc series, Fight ‘til the End (pictured above and see trailer below), which focuses on the last 30 days of the club’s incredible 2018/19 season.

The platform provides access to all “Manchester City content before anyone else,” says the club. Subscribers paying a modest £1.99 a month receive live coverage of selected pre-season friendlies; Women’s and Academy games; full match replays within 24 hours of the final whistle; exclusive CityTV productions; archive match content from key moments in the club’s history; match highlights, interviews and press conferences.

Man City for TV is available on Apple TV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV Stick, as well as LG and Sony Smart TVs.

The club is offering a 30-day free trial to all new subscribers to the platform.

Nuria Tarre, chief marketing officer at City Football Group, said: “We want to provide our global fanbase with new, flexible ways to watch our content. We want Man City for TV to push the boundaries in technology and sports consumption and provide an immersive entertainment experience for our loyal fanbase, wherever they are.”
