Streaming platform recently picked up Champions League rights in a surprise move

Paramount+ and Arsenal have announced a global partnership.
The pair’s agreement will see Arsenal players, club legends and supporters combined with Paramount+ shows such as Landman and Mobland in co-branded content. They will also work on joint social media campaigns , and Paramount+ branding will be in-stadium during men’s and women’s match days across the big screens, matchday programme features and other stadium experiences and activations.
The partnership has launched with a co-branded piece of content titled, “For the Love of the Team,” which features Arsenal legend Thierry Henry as narrator. You can watch it below.
Future content will be created around major launched on Paramount+. The first of these will be produced to mark the return Landman this November, and will star first team players Eberechi Eze, William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli in conversation with lifelong Arsenal supporter and social media influencer Sharky.
This partnership comes shortly after Paramount acquired the majority of Champions League rights in the UK and Ireland. Its deal starts in 2027, and sees the competition move on from TNT Sports after more than a decade.
