Shepherds Bush-based facility Crow TV has taken on the staff, assets and lease of Endemol’s in-house facility The Edit House.
The extra space will give Crow a further eight offline rooms, taking its total to 37.
This is in addition to the five online suites, digital linear, colour grading and five sound studios that run from the facility.
Head of production at Endemol Richard Thomson said: “Crow TV are experts in post-production and can offer an out-of-hours service among other things. We will be able to consolidate existing relations with them in return for the delivery of a good service.”
