Brief Picture and audio post services for the third outing of the 3 x 60-minute series that looks at how councils deal with a lack of properties and high demand from people in need of homes with affordable rent.
How it was done Colourist Danny Wood used Baselight for the project. He created a naturalistic and subtle grade, keeping the colours neutral and drawing warmth from skin tones. Luke Carter used Avid Symphony to complete the online edit. His main challenges included blurring the general public and painting out house numbers using a combination of the clone tool and the tracking tool in Symphony. The audio required consistent clean-up for location dialogue, which senior dubbing mixer Matt Skilton completed with the iZotope RX4 plug-in using an Avid Pro Tools HD System.
