Canadian giant Bell Media has struck a major deal with ITV Studios for a UK drama package including recent thriller Coldwater and The Gathering.

The scripted titles heading to Bell are Sister’s ITV series Coldwater, BBC3 title What it Feels Like for a Girl from Hera Pictures and Channel 4’s The Gathering from World Productions, which will all launch on Bell Media’s streaming service Crave and television network CTV.

Craig Bohland, ITVS vice-president of sales for Canada, brokered the deal.

Also secured for Crave and CTV are unscripted tentpoles such as the upcoming series of Love Island All Stars, from ITV Studios and GroupM Motion Entertainment, as well as new series of The Voice and Hell’s Kitchen from ITV America.

ITVS executive vice-president of Americas global partnerships Katie Buchanan said: “From gripping, character-led dramas, including the highly talked about thriller Coldwater, which is set to air in over 40 countries, to returning entertainment juggernauts, like Love Island, The Voice and Hell’s Kitchen, this deal showcases some of the best of ITV Studios’ slate.”
