The 2027 awards are open for entries until 2 October
Broadcast has extended the deadline for submissions to the 2027 Broadcast Awards until Friday 2 October.
Producers, broadcasters, post-houses and distributors now have nine days to enter for any of the 24 qualifying categories at next year’s awards, which will take place at London’s JW Marriot Grosvenor House, Park Lane on 3 February next year,
The eligibility period for programmes nominated is 27 September 2025 – 25 September 2026. Full details of all the categories are available by clicking here.
The shortlist will be announced at the end of November, with the ceremony taking place on Wednesday 3 February at the London’s JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Park Lane.
This year’s sponsors include Access Booking, BBC Studioworks, Bleeding Fingers Music, On-Set Location Services, Racoon, and Sargent-Disc.
Last year’s winners which included The Traitors, Last One Laughing, Slow Horses, Virgin Island, Big Boys, Casualty, Here We Go and Scam Interceptors, while the likes of Adolescence and Grenfell Uncovered helped Netflix scoop broadcaster of the year.
Warp Films was named indie of the year, with Love Monday the emerging indie of the year winner. Suite landed best post production house.
