Military drama series attracted just 172k

This week, and in timely fashion, Yesterday took viewers back nearly 27,000 yesterdays to reminded us all what a Cold War is by revisiting February 1945 and a conference that shaped – in a distorted way – the post-war world.

Meanwhile, Fox’s contemporary thriller, which is probably fictional, did relatively well for its crucial second outing.

The second episode of Fox’s Deep State drew 156,000/1% at 9pm on Thursday. Two repeats added 31,000. Fox’s best, The Walking Dead (437,000/2%) on Monday at 9pm, was also the best non-sport title of the week.

The first episode of Yesterday’s two-part From World War To Cold War attracted 135,000/1% on Wednesday at 8pm. On Thursday, War Above The Trenches drew 210,000/1% in the same slot.

Sky 1’s acquired series Seal Team attracted just 172,000/1% on Thursday at 9pm, its lowest overnight so far. Its 22 March opener remains the best (372,000/2%). Sky 1’s best of the week was Sunday’s Hawaii Five-O (400,000/2%) at 9pm.

Idris Elba’s comedy In The Long Run mustered just 31,000/0.2% at 10pm on Thursday – the lowest overnight in its premier transmission slot so far. Two repeats added 30,000. 

Quest’s Salvages Hunter: The Restorers drew 412,000/2% on Wednesday at 9pm, 118,000 fewer than last week’s launch but still the second best non-sport show of the week.

Dave’s Cop Car Workshop attracted 225,000/1% on Monday at 8pm, 39,000 more than last week.
