Sony Professional has appointed David Nortier as its head of sales for North Europe.

Formerly managing director of Signiant, Nortier will be responsible for the UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordic country sales. Nortier takes over from David Cheesman and will concentrate on helping customers streamline workflows, harness 4K and IP and transition to new formats.
