Dubbing mixer Ian Chattam has joined the audio department at Platform Post.

Previously at Prime Focus, Chattam has worked on commercials, promos and branding with a client roster that includes 4Creative, Red Bee Media, MTV and Nickelodeon. 

Platform managing director David Tasker said: “Client demand for an increased capacity in our audio department meant we needed another person.

“We wanted that person to be one of Soho’s leading audio creatives and we could not have hoped to get anyone better than Ian Chattam who is one of the most highly regarded sound designers in the country.”

Platform has also upgraded its audio suites to Protools HDX hardware and Blackmagic HD picture playback.

Platform was shortlisted in the Broadcast Awards 2013 Post Production category.
