Vistek, which designs television signal equipment, is poised to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year. Vistek is expected to boost Pro-Bel's HD output with its HD modular range. It will remain as a product line for Pro-Bel, which has provided routers for Turner, BSkyB and MTV.
