Production company Bikini and post house Rushes have produced the latest anti-speeding campaign for the Department of Education. "Over" features a young couple driving down a country lane who swerve to avoid a lorry and end up in a field wrapped round a tree. Rushes Inferno artist Claire Pollock told Broadcastthat three cars were used in the scene "so continuity on details like headlights had to be perfected in each shot". Extra blurred and enlarged trees were also added to give the illusion of speed and height as the car flies into the field - with the ramp used for this also removed. Rushes added debris and flying parts to the crash scene, removed skid marks from previous takes, as well as removing cables used to drag the car into the tree. The ad was directed by Andy Morahan and produced by Darren Tuohy to air shortly.
