RDF's new show Rock Schoolrolls up next week with a title sequence by design agency Saint. The programme follows Gene Simmons of Kiss teaching kids in an independent school how to rock and roll and form a band. Creative directors Nicky Thompson and Matt Cosserat designed the sequence, which combines fiery explosion and text coming out of a classroom blackboard, using a heavy metal style band logo for the title of the programme. The text was created in Maya and composited in After Effects. The show airs on 30 September on Channel 4.
