Silverglade expands South Bank base

The expansion programme will take the post house’s total number of offline suites to ten, with all of the rooms equipped with Avid version 6.

The post facility is also building a grading theatre, a 5.1 dubbing theatre, a voice over booth and a track-lay room together with a new machine room.

Managing director Jason Tomkins said the total cost of the upgrades and expansion was likely to be in the region of £300,000.

“We are also considering expanding our office space, potentially in April, and are looking to hear from production companies that may need office space,” said Tomkins.

“We will offer rooms for two to six people on a short term basis if needed. We hope this will give smaller production companies the potential to share resources amongst themselves.”
