Actor and comedian Kerry Godliman is to present the Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards 2021, which takes place on 30 November at The Brewery, London.

Godliman played Hannah in Ricky Gervais’ C4 sitcom Derek, Nicky Rawlings in ITV sitcom Bad Move, and Lisa in Gervais’ black comedy Netflix series, After Life. She also won the seventh series of Taskmaster and has been a regular panellist on Mock the Week. Godliman is a regular on BBC Radio 4, with appearances on the News Quiz, The Now Show and Just A Minute. Throughout her acting career, Godliman has performed as a stand-up comedian, including several appearances on Live at the Apollo.

The Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards 2021 celebrate the role technology plays in creating and broadcasting the most outstanding productions of the past year.

The Awards show is now in its third year after a sell-out gala awards celebration in year one and a successful virtual awards last year.

The winners of the Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards 2021 will be announced at a gala awards dinner on 30 November at The Brewery, London.

The Awards will take place after Broadcast’s one-day Tech Fest event, which supports the awards with a series of comprehensive panels and sessions, taking place at the same venue.

The Awards focus on the teamwork behind the productions, highlighting the outstanding creative and technical aspects of the projects. It is made up of 19 categories.

The Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards 2021 are sponsored by Blackmagic Design, Medialease, MPC Episodic, Sky Production Services and The VFX & Post Talent Agency.
