Wireless video and audio systems company Broadcast Sports Inc (BSI) is expanding its UK operation with the recruitment of additional RF engineers, R&D associates and product designers.

The company has also taken additional office space at its Watford base.

BSI business development director Dave Remnant said: “This year will probably be the UK’s biggest ever for live events, as broadcasters head for London to cover the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 games.”

BSI set up a UK office in August last year with 4 people. Six new staff have joined the company since Christmas and by the end of the year they plan to have 20 people in the UK. 

BSI’s headquarters is in Baltimore in the US.
