LaLiga is bringing its new dedicated TV channel to the Sky platform in the New Year, showing all live matches from Spain’s top-flight league in full HD. The LaLigaTV channel launches on Sky from Monday 13 January and costs £5.99 a month.

To mark its launch, the first two LaLiga matchdays on LaLigaTV in January will be free to all Sky subscribers. This includes Real Betis vs. Real Sociedad and FC Barcelona vs. Granada CF on Matchday 20, or Real Valladolid vs. Real Madrid and Sevilla FC vs. Granada CF on Matchday 21.

LaLigaTV broadcasts 24/7 with a mix of live football, documentaries, preview and post-match discussions.

LaLigaTV’s pundits and presenters include Guillem Balagué, Graham Hunter, Terry Gibson, Sid Lowe, Gaizka Mendieta, Gus Poyet, Simon Hanley, Lauren Bisan-Etame, Pete Jenson, Duncan McMath, Semra Hunter, Phil Kitromilides, Albert ‘Chapi’ Ferrer, Kike de Lucas, Andrea Orlandi, Sara Canals and Toni Padilla.

LaLigaTV is already available for £5.99 a month via Premier Sports’ Premier Player OTT service in the UK. The move to make LaLigaTV available as a linear channel on Sky TV provides an additional way for Premier Sports LaLigaTV subscribers to access the content.

As well as the option to subscribe to the LaLigaTV channel, fans can also pay £11.99 per month to receive LaLigaTV, Premier Sports 1 and Premier Sports 2 HD channels on Sky TV.

Sky TV customers who sign up for either package will receive a free login for Premier Player, to stream LaLigaTV and/or Premier Sports content on the go.
