Hire facility Procam is investing in Anton Bauer HDRF systems (pictured) for use on reality shows and live events.

The systems allow multiple HD cameras to feed footage wirelessly from camera to monitor and are used on multi-camera productions.

Head of project management Nick Badham said previously it had been problematic getting more than one or two HD camera links working in the same environment.

“Cheaper systems aren’t able to support multiple uses, and those that do meet the requirements are expensive, requiring dedicated engineers and licences that add further costs. The HDRF system bridges that gap,” he said.
