Colourist returns to her first company in the post industry

Emily Russul Saib OnSight colourist

Emily Russul Saib has rejoined OnSight as a colourist, almost ten years after leaving the company. 

Saib had been a digital asset co-ordinator at OnSight from 2011-2012 in her first job in the post industry, before leaving to become an Avid assistant at Prime Focus. She rose to junior telecine operator at Prime Focus, then going to Molinare as a DI operator in 2016, Encore as a grade assistant and then junior colourist until 2021, before most recently Company 3 as a colourist.

Her recent work includes BBC series including The Mallorca Files and There She Goes, among other long- and short-form projects. Meanwhile, recent OnSight projects include: Explorer – A portrait of Sir Ranulph Fiennes (Universal Pictures), Brian & Charles (Film 4 & BFI), Signora Volpe (Route 24), Antarctica (BBC Earth).

Saib said: “It’s an absolute honour to re-join OnSight, I have huge respect for the quality of the post work that OnSight does, especially the ground breaking technology driven projects. I’m looking forward to working on all different types of content with a company who have such a huge focus on quality.”
