The Farm Group is adding two new grading suites to its Home facility in Soho including one configured specifically for stereoscopic 3D work.
Two Digital Vision Nucoda Film Masters have been purchased to replace HD linear editing and grading systems.
One of the new suites will include 42” 3D monitors from JVC and make use of the Film Master’s 2010 software release that features a stereoscopic grading toolset.
Group technical director David Klafkowski said: “People always expect the best from us. In 2000 Home was London’s first full service HD facility. 10 years on, this investment in 3D ensures Home can maintains its position at the creative and technical forefront”
The Film Master 3D capabilities include a Stereo transform tool, Stereo Mix compare mode and various monitoring options.
