Two Way TV has appointed Simon Teppet as its new chief technology officer. Teppet leaves his position of vice president of technology, interactive services division at Chello Broadband. He was previously head of new media technology at Sky. Two Way TV's previous CTO, Richard Kydd, left to join NTL as director of technology.
