Steph Fernandes will be responsible for shaping social work for Little Dot’s entertainment clients – including Netflix UK, NBCUniversal, Amazon Prime Video UK and Warner Bros Discovery – and guiding platform-specific and resonant social storytelling spanning tentpole campaigns to ‘always-on content’ – a strategy involving ongoing, often-automated, scalable content release.

Reporting to James Loveridge, co-managing director, agency, she fills the position vacated by Leeming, who spent four years with Little Dot before joining creative agency Think Jam earlier this summer.

Fernandes joins All3Media-owned Little Dot following a stint as social, influencer and creative lead at Now TV, where she grew the brand’s TikTok channel, created viral content and led social campaigns for titles including House of the Dragon, The White Lotus and The Penguin. She has also worked as a creative and social consultant, working with brands such as Air Asia and Crocs EMEA.

Her hire follows a period of significant growth for Little Dot Studios’ agency business, which recently saw the promotion of Loveridge and Robbie Spargo to co-managing directors. The recently united division serves hundreds of clients and manages 1000+ channels across YouTube and other social platforms.

Loveridge said: “Steph’s ability to build social-first brand worlds and deliver viral, culturally resonant content is exactly the kind of talent that will drive our newly united agency forward.

“As we continue to integrate our specialist teams, her role is critical in ensuring our entertainment clients receive innovative and effective creative strategies.

“Her impressive background and achievements demonstrate a deep understanding of how to turn platform-native ideas into tangible results, which is central to our ambition to deliver industry-leading work. It’s great to have her on board.”

Fernandes added: “I was really drawn to [Little Dot’s] digital-first approach and the opportunity to work across world-class entertainment brands. I can’t wait to start building on their success and crafting campaigns that create genuine connections with audiences.”
