Apax set to seal Hit Entertainment deal
Private equity firm Apax Partners is set to complete a deal to take over Bob the Builderowner Hit Entertainment for£489m. Apax, whose bid has been recommended to shareholders, had faced competition from Lions Gate Entertainment, but the Vancouver-based company withdrew its interest last week.
