ES Broadcast has hired Roger Bowley as a senior account manager.
The broadcast solutions specialist arrives from AWS, where was and Elemental sales specialist for just under five years. Over three decades in the business, he has also gained experience in video production, post and publishing workflow solutions including live production, edit, MAM, playout TX and OTT, VOD and live streaming technologies.
Bowley spent more than a decade in European sales roles with broadcast manufacturers Quantel and Snell & Wilcox, before spells with workflow automation specialists Marquis Broadcast and Omnibus and heading up UK sales teams at manufacturers Miranda and Grass Valley.
At ES Broadcast, Bowley will work with key clients across ES Broadcast’s divisions to capture their specific requirements and develop end-to-end solutions. His arrival comes shortly after the company acquired archiving specialist Memnon from Sony.

This will be invaluable in developing complex client-focussed solutions that require the integration of services from across ES Broadcast’s various business divisions.”
